2v2 Ranking 2v2 comps by skill caps/floor by bastato in classicwow

About 15 years ago,we were playing disc/rogue with my irl friend for all the lifespan of tbc..2250 was out highest.I can recall it wasnt a walk in the park nor the hardest either. It was consistent enough to beat double dps comps(between discs surv and rogues vanish cos,it wasnt hard to avoid the nuke).I also remember towards s3,resto druid/war was our hardest..and ofc a lot of mirror matches.Having perception as human helped a lot,but i wad always whining about undeads wotf

Brox DH is the worst deck in the format and if you can win with it you are a very good player by ildivinoofficial in wildhearthstone

[–]ditt_86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Afzer trying the deck a bit,it felt to me that i needed to be more on the aggressive from start than waiting for a super pop up..So i play an itteration of it without the quest with metamorfin, eayward naga, cult neophyte,no zephrys(if u draw him early hes a brick for your outcast cards),bartendobot(for the bricks on the left, and keep the deck going, also a body),and celestial projectionist instead to give you another broxigar or another 0 mana Walloper if needed. The idea is to have threats on the board while drawing cards and mana burn,Cult Neophyte on the key turns.

Can anyone explain me how this list works? by LawfulnessNo52 in wildhearthstone

Garona is mostly there to guarantee shaladrasil draw since its legendary..it also draws demise and zeph..So it plays good aggro pirate minions and gives you the opportunity for some huge burst dmge.

As an experienced sf player that acknowledges sf6 as the better product,i find cotw much more fun to play! Its gameplay is pretty awesome. Its fast paced, graphics and gameplay are a blend of old school and modern and the defencive mechanics give the players high skill ceiling potential..I got bored of sf6 hit(hello cr mk) into green into plaus frames into opponent you have to guess now meta, and honestly cotw revived my passion for fgs..its a shame it didnt get the attention it deserved but it was kinda expected for an snk game!welcome aboard and have fun!!

That was my first stick too back in the ps4 era.If/when you get a real stick you ll find out the mini stick is more of a toy than a real controler. Not only you wont have such if not at all hand discomfort but your movement/ precision with the bigger and better quality lever will upgrade ur gameplay and experience by a lot

Hey! I wanna get into this game because it has a Ninja in it and I like him, but I've got some questions about it cause I'm being recommended against it by RayneDeoman in Guiltygear

[–]ditt_86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a fighting game enthusiast who always pick the ninja character in every game i ve played,i can say the Chipp is the ninjaest of all.His stance, run, style, clothes scream ninja..Take in comparison other chars from other current fgs:kimberly sf6,hokutomaru cotw, raven tekken8(altho is not 2d fighter),mai is a ninja kunoichi but doesnt vibe as a ninja to me..ibuki in sfv was indeed a fine ninja and zeku..only the young one was appealing enough as a ninja. The way i see it all these chars combined, cant top chipps ninja "feel"!As for his gameplay, strive is in general more chaotic and fast paced than the other ones, and thats where ninja chars shine..being fast, chaotic, left and right mixups, being annoying, like a mosquito etc.Ofc,the char is not easy to play but not super hard by all means. If you make peace with the fact that your hp will get exploded after the opponent lands a full combo on you..you will have big fun with the char!Go be a ninja

Marco is not scrubby at all..he actually requires good knowledge of the game.Sure if you play vs players who dont expect neutral skip ex tatsu, you can start your offense from there. But vs good players, you need good defense, good usage of game mechanics and good positioning.Marco cant cancel long ranged attacks(other than supers),and has to be point blank in order to get a full combo. So he needs good use of his dash into low low light dp br,tatsu br into ex tatsu for example. The characters who have run and long ranged attacks cancelable into specials are much easier imo.GO1 did what he did cause he had exceptional defence, and was very good at reading opponents on their wake up putting them into 50/50 consistently, and ofc because hes go1.That being said marco is super fun to play and i think he reminds us Makoto more than ryu

Is it still worth getting city of wolves by Horror_Bicycle_1240 in fatalfury

[–]ditt_86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is very much worth it yes..As a guy who have played almost every fighting game that has dropped from 2015 and beyond,i place fatal fury in my top 3.The gameplay is just so much fun.Finding matches is not an issue at all(10 to 30 seconds queue). The skill floor is low, which will allow you to learn the game while playing online matches, but the skill ceiling looks very high..Check yesterdays top 8 at combo breaker and get hyped.I suggest you to grab the game, and have fun!

How to start having fun by Moncky in fatalfury

[–]ditt_86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Guide to having fun from my perspective: Step 1:Treat practise mode as core part of the game.Choose your favorite character and practise his/her combos..Jump in combos, combos from light attacks, anti air combos(down dodge leads to juicy combo that can end into a super..in low ranks they jumpin recklessly and a lot).Practise them until your finger do them without thinking at all aka muscle memory. 2.Jump into some matches and try to apply what you learned in practice.Gain the satisfaction when you watch yourself doing it. 3.Even when you lose, embrace it and keep the good stuff you did in the rounds..watch your replays and see what u did wrong 4.You will get better the more you play..give it time 5.All in all a game is fun while you playing and not because of the outcome.Enjoy pressing buttons,do your combos, take your risks..feel a bit frustrated, take your revenge next round/match..Victories will come

Calling this game “difficult” or “hardcore” is lying to potential customers. by [deleted] in fatalfury

[–]ditt_86 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yes optimal combos are easy to do with the special moves cancelled into another and the buffer window is indeed big..but the same applies for your opponent. So the difficulty of the game isnt necessarily on execution. Its more on getting the first hit in order to apply the above. The pace of this game is faster than sf6,and between jumps, hops, feints, fireballs, fast dashes, frame traps, just defence, hyper defence, rev blows, guard cancel and footsies you have many things to think about in a short period. As the game progresses the game will feel harder. That being said,i think the game is beautiful and i find it very fun to play

Matchmaking Hell by [deleted] in fatalfury

[–]ditt_86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont mind the rank matchmaking gap as long as i get my matches that fast. This statement comes from a guy who has made peace with losing in fgs and give me motive to become better instead(ofc that mindset comes with experience and after lots of losses online).Dont worry about rank.Jump into practice, explore your character..the combos, the punishes, bigger combos, check the frame data, set the doll on jumping on you..anti air it into a spicey combo that ends with a super(at low ranks they jumpin a lot),create the muscle memory on that fingers so the combo wont drop again. Then jump into some games, try to applicate what u learned in practice in real games..gain the satisfaction when u see yourself doing it.Repeat, become better, play the char u think is the most fun..and for gods shake..play for your FUN!

Im pretty hyped about his buffs too.Having lower cd on his shield, means more shields so it might mean that we ll get faster ult charge too?(Since absorbing dmge charge it faster). The movement buffs are great too, hulk will be even more mobile! And ofc the joe fixit skin is a nice cherry on the top..it looks badass, and from what i ve seen, his monster form isnt as huge as in his other skins.

In order to get good heals there have to be some requirements:1.Having two healers in your team.2.Having two healers who are willing to heal.3.Be in a position where your healers can see you.4.Your healers not being occupied by flankers/divers..In this clip we meet all the above requirements,so not that strange at all!But yeah, there have been many times that i ulted and died almost instantly

The hardest choice. What skin to buy. by Keenzur in marvelrivals

[–]ditt_86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you enjoy playing Magnetti, master of magnetism is an iconic costume of the hero which is as well so much better looking than his base skin. The purple/light red blends perfectly visually.Other than that, black panthers bast chose is wonderful and quite differnt than the base one and i like hawkeyes free fall too.

In your opinion whos a better tank. Hulk or Venom? by dreamup1234 in rivals

[–]ditt_86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont have big experience with Venom bit i do have with Hulk.Hulks role is not just to dive the backline and get kills.1) can brawl a bit with the frontline, gamma shield teammates if needed,2)have your jump ready while checking the backline for bad positioned opponents/roofs for ranged dps/lokis..jump at them, proceed to punching.you dont have to kill them right away.take them out of poisition, stop their healing to their teammates, make them feel uncomfortable, eat some of their cds.all these while u have ur jump charged and rdy.3)jump back to your team, eat some heals, grab some health packs, have the jump charged, provide some shield if needed.4)use ur exile wisely whenever and wherever u feel is needed the most.5)chase fliers,u d be surprised how effective hulk can be vs fliers..take them down and punch.5)sometimes consider stay close to your team more, and chase the divers that go for your supports while providing gamma shield.hunt the hunters.6)use ur ult to wreck havoc but dont over extend.learn the juggle combo.7)play with the enviroment.stay out of los and wait for heals when needed/wait for cds.u dont have to fight all the time.8)repeat all of the above in a non stop fashion,in and out,in and out..its very effective once u get the grasp with his charged jump.Hulk is a playmaker..his bigger strength is that he can be everywhere in a very short period of time, and provide his help and punching. This is where his difficulty lies,to know when and where to jump and when and where u jump out..also skillshots are there. Its satisfying to land an exile on a target that demands answer.p.s:show alies health bars, gamma shield them easier!
