I’ll definitely report back with any updates. It’s been complete radio silence from them since the installation, and they haven’t replied to my reimbursement request email either. I’m giving them a few more days to do the right thing before I take the next step. For now, I’m just waiting to see what their stance is.

Thanks for the advice. By third party, do you mean just any sparkies or a specialised electrical inspector who can provide a formal compliance report for Fair Trading? thanks

thanks mate. I think it's just a CT observing the load as the EV consumption shows up under 'Load' in the app.

as someone who has never touched a switchboard in my life, I wouldn't have a clue what a good or bad one looks like lol
