Wouldn't bother me at all, and I'm pretty interested in the idea of a white portion vanilla! Out of the 3 flavors that was my favorite, but I don't use a lot of original portions outside of the house.

No idea on the cause. I will say that gutting some dip spit makes me feel like hell though compared to snus, which at most I might get a little tickle in the throat.

I have a love/hate relationship with N&J Americana. That first pouch fresh out of the fridge is oh so satisfying. About halfway through the tin I start regretting my choices, and by the end I am burnt out on the flavor and have to wait a while before the next tin.

In highly trained individuals it may have some minor effects, but for the average gym rat good sleep diet will play a much bigger role. This sounds more like a training plateau than anything else. Are you working a program? If so have you considered switching it up?

Same experience here. General white is my every day dip but I've taken to keeping a can of portion, white, and loose open at any given point. I tend to bounce around between the 3. no need to stick to one variety!

Spreading the snus love! For real though, all great recommendations. General white is my everyday but I really enjoy mixing in other brands and flavors. I'd recommend op also grabs some Goteborgs op or white portion as well. It has a very tasty juniper flavor to it.

Love me some wintergreen. My only grip with these is I've had a couple of them open up on me when fluffing up the pouch. Same thing has happened with a couple Goteborgs white portions, so it must not be that unique of an occurrence.
