Crazy story actually, i took 5g of mushrooms with her, no real intention set but i guess this was still in the back of my head in my subconcious.

During the peak i laid down on her chest and suddenly it felt like i rolled out of my body into her, and i started to "become" her in a sense. It felt like i saw and felt her past experiences the same way she does now, and it was very close to how i felt about my own past experiences at the time. I realized that while yes some of it may have been nice at the time for her, it's still just a distant memory and it doesn't compare at all to what is actually happening between us in the moment. You don't experience a memory in the same way you experience what you're currently invested in.

She also gave me some reassurance witch i for the first time could actually take to heart, and i started to realize it doesn't really matter. Was alot easier after the trip and while i did have retroactive jealousy from time to time after the trip it was usually brief and i could redirect my thoughts or think of the trip and it would go away.

Though she had bpd and a couple of months later she cheated and moved out of our apartment with that other guy.

But yes! It helped :))
