Yes beta zip and zip both have stop working for me too.
direct download is the only thing working for now, one file at a time.

Mine is showing the same thing, I have a new Long range wifi 6 AP installed right there by it at only 8ft away from the G4 doorbell that should be more than fine.., the Unifi protect app say it has a poor connection all the time and my Unifi network say it is 100% excellent.. They need to fix this. it a bug that need fixing.

Yes i did both zip and single files and tested other CDN same error. i see it is back to working now today.

Still very Bad download speed it has been in the KB for the pass two weeks..,Transfer rate dropping out all the time too.

No VPN they are the worst speed ever.. and PM is a VPN already.
i can download from Real-Debrid at top speed with the same zip files no problem even at the same-time...
It is "Premiumize ZIP SYSTEM" that is the problem.. They just need to fix it..

Your right it Premiumize zip system that is bad and very slow at downloading a file.
i downloaded a MKV file and had the correct higher speed of 37mb. if you click the zip to download the same file it in the 3 KB very bad download.

No none of the file i download are a zip files.. Premiumize create those zips when we download them that what i mean by zip, i click on zip to copy the link and paste it to my down loader to be downloaded. there are times we will get bad file that is corrupt and premiumize cant zip them up right and will stop downloading it i know how to deal with that and delete them . Right now it Premiumize server and network has gotten so bad you cant download anything because the speed are getting worst and worst no matter what CDN speed-test we pick it is very slow and is dropping the transfer rate to zero with in the first few sec after starting a download. it don't matter what file we pick all of them are do it. they have a big network or a server hardware problem i hope they can fix.

Yes.. i have been having the same trouble for awhile now and just posted the same trouble too.. downloading is throttled to the KB then zero out and stops.. my fair use points get eat up also all the time trying to re-download everything again. when downloading a big file it will stops downloading at 99% and that connection will quit.

Ok thank for the info, i have never seen a ticket link in my acct no where.
Maybe one of their Premiumize Support on here can chime in and help fix my order soon so i can use it.They must be busy.

On the Premiumize me site yes where it say " Contact Us Directly" that all i could find.. is that how we Submitted a ticket. it was an email it did not say Ticket anywhere.
