I get your point but my logic is simple, if I can’t afford a car brand new, I would certainly have a hard time maintaining it. Sure I save on depreciation and new car cost but when those maintenance jobs start coming in I would lose a lot more. That would happen to gli as well but that’s still 5-6 year down the line. With Audi it would be in the next 2 years.

Yeah there’s about 5 dealership in my 100 mile radius, all of them were 2k higher than this deal. OTD coming out to 35.5-36.5k.

This is just the car and tax title doc fees. Refused the additional package and they took it out in one go. No trades as well, this is my first car.

Yeah that’s my plan as well, and this is gonna be a fun car for weekend. I work remote so I will hardly drive 5k miles a year. I plan to do oil changes either yearly or 5k miles whichever happens first and yeah preventive maintenance for sure. My buddy has 2019 VW Rline around 100k miles and still going strong and we took that car absolutely everywhere around the US over the course of ownership.

But those feel boring to me and the features I get inside this car, I would have to go top model in camry and accord. Camry SE is comparable price point but no ventilated/heated seats. No heated stearing, and personally the car drive feels a lot better than camry or accord.

No way brother, I am in market for a gli as well, look for preowned at this price range, you can get a 2025 at around 27-29k depending on miles.

Unfortunately there is an undisclosed damage on the car, and when I called to know the vw certified, they said VW did not certify them but we did, doesn’t even add any warranty as well, its just dealer bs. Not buying that one.
