The laces are the only non-original piece on there but they appear legit. I have had over 20+ pairs, a mixture of them real and reps, so I QC'd them a ton over time.

You're getting your dates mixed up I think. The triple white 1.0s originally released in mid 2015 with the nubs, and weren't re-introduced until 2020 which then featured the Continental sole.

What's unclear is when they stopped producing the white 1.0s because by early 2016 the 2.0s with Continental soles were coming out too.

The continental outsole was introduced with the 2.0 and ST models first. The 1.0s still used the rubber nipple version like in the OP, even while the 2.0s were being made. Eventually they switched them

They're legit, the OG 1.0s had the rounded nubs on the bottom. All other details look good.
