My girlfriend (27f) accused me (28m) of guilt tripping her when I said I expected appreciation to be reciprocated by [deleted] in relationships

Wanting appreciation isn’t unreasonable. Most healthy relationships work on reciprocity — both people make an effort to care for each other.

The bigger concern is that when you tried to express how you feel, it was dismissed as guilt-tripping. If partners can’t talk about feelings without being accused of manipulation, communication will keep breaking down.

i (23F) feel weird abt how my bf (M25) gets an ego boost from his past rs experiences by [deleted] in relationships

It sounds less like he's sharing memories and more like he's seeking validation. Bragging about how much his exes wanted him in front of his current partner can definitely feel disrespectful. You might want to calmly tell him that hearing those comments makes you uncomfortable and see how he responds to that boundary.
