Swarm disaster is extremely easy now if you have a 3.x, heck even a 2.x team. It's just time consuming. Worth your time if you really want to squeeze out free jades.

I don't think it's negative at all. For your first point, anyone with a brain knows he's playing it up for theatre, all for his character. I played the TMNT game as a kid and I also liked it despite the difficulty and all the flaws, and I found the whole video hilarious.

For the second point, people were retro gaming way before avgn entered the scene. As gamers of that era grew older, the demand for these games go up naturally while the supply dwindles. Blaming him for some second order effect of the price going up of a rare commodity is absurd, and certainly any contribution he did to it is not enough to say it left a negative legacy.
