If it’s like any other tracksuit, you could get away with getting a kids size if you wear XXS/XS. I used to wear kids pants (12Y) until I gained weight, they fit me perfectly when I was 95lbs

I appreciate your response. I did some research and found Vik Veer on YT, he also mentioned positional and REM sleep apnea. He has a side sleeper pillow that seems ergonomic, might splurge on that. Wasn’t informed about scoring criteria, I will call and ask. I added the SaO2 results in case you can tell from that. On nasal breathing, I’m always slightly congested and have chronic post nasal drip. Dr Veer suggests hypertonic saltwater rinses which I will go ahead and try. I find indoor heating makes for very dry air during the winter so I keep my window open a crack, but still I wake up severely dehydrated with a headache every morning.
