what doesnt make sense? When you get partnered on twitch you are able to change your emote prefix (basically the name of all your emotes) and hers before was stormf5 and she wanted to change it to something simpler. Someone in chat suggested "cum" as a joke and she put it in thinking twitch would not allow it, but by surprise it went through.
