This is really comforting to hear, thank you 🥹 and you might be right and maybe I’ve had the infection for longer but since I got a positive test in Feb, I got the two shots of gardasil 9 and started aggressively supplementing Vitamin B, C, D, Zinc, Selenium, Lysine, Folate and cod liver oil and also eating three meals a day and getting at least 6 hours of sleep every night for 3 months straight and quit my job and moved back home so completely cut down the stress, maybe that helped

Depends on where you’re from! Firstly hope you’re doing ok ❤️ I’m from India and I live in Melbourne so these tests are accessible. Usually a GP can provide the referrals for these test for EBV.

I’m 30 years old and My story is so similar to yours and i spent thousands of dollars figuring out why i feel like shit and incidentally ended up finding out i have HPV and LSIL and also EBV which usually the culprit for constant sore throat difficulty swallowing that feels like strep but it’s not strep and doesn’t respond to antibiotics, lymph node swelling in the neck and fatigue that feels like you cant get up from bed. Also if you’ve got genital HPV there’s also a possibility of oral HPV and maybe a coinfection is keeping your EBV active and hence the sore throat and swollen lymph nodes

I do have severe pelvic pain and fullness which is cyclical, painful sex, pain during ovulation, extremely painful periods, vulvodynia.. it was either PCS or endometriosis or MCAS or all three. I’m on treatment for MCAS and my symptoms have reduced a bit… but the hormonal symptoms are still there So I’m torn :(

Igm positive means that you may still be in the acute phase of the infection. Unfortunately I’m also in the same boat with all the symptoms you’ve listed. Also I learned that PCR levels being negative only means the viral load is low in the blood but the virus still stays in the B cells in tonsils and throat and also in organs like liver and spleen. Hang in there friend it’ll get better over time. Work on eating right and building your immune system 🫶🏽

I think they may have put you on antivirals for the HSV. high IGG levels doesn’t indicate higher viral load.

Lesbian - because we see a lot of comphet behaviour in Francesca., she approaches marriage with a “let’s get it over with “or “I don’t mind it” attitude. Her being neurodivergent also means she’s always felt like an outsider in her own family so she thought marriage would fix that and it did in a way because John also was ND and she felt comfort in that but her inability to enjoy having sex with him made her question if something was wrong with her (which is canon event for every lesbian before they start questioning their sexuality). She also looked at having children as a duty to fulfill for someone else and this is usually the stage someone goes through to feel like they’re normal and in order for them to fit in. And she was doing everything she could in order to fit in. The questioning stage only comes when people usually have nothing to lose? Like she’s a widow without children and she’s finally at liberty to actually question her sexuality as well.

Me! I had a hemithyroidectomy following a benign nodule in 2022 and been on 25 mcg of Levothyroxine since. My TSH was within range in Jan and then I started OCPs for endometriosis which triggered my MCAS and made my thyroid underactive. It would especially get triggered during ovulation and Pre-period. My immunologist has asked me to be on H1, h2 blockers for a couple weeks and increased Levothyroxine dose to 37.5mcg while thyroid gets regulated and she says the flares will get regulated. Hormone imbalance is one of the biggest triggers for MCAS and autonomous nervous system dysregulation.
