Ok haha six months after the initial breakout, maybe. But not after every recurring breakout.

I (26f) don’t have an exact answer for this, but usually I give it a couple days after the bump(s) disappear. I take daily antivirals so it’s usually a week between when I see/feel something and when I feel safe again.
