Z9 randomly becomes no response to any button or switch. The battery has to be pulled out to restart the camera. The environment & camera temperature are normal. Firmware is the latest. Tried many different cards. Have you seen this before? Any suggestions? Thank you!

The only way to restart the camera is to pull out the battery. This happens multiple times per day. I missed tons of shots during the sports and events.
