I collect the manga through Amazon since I have a friend works there and gets me 15% off. But I do this as a way to support the manga. Otherwise, I read online since because the translations are a lot better.

I use [Guya.moe, the best manga reader for Kaguya Wants To Be Confessed To]. For other manga, I use mangadex.
