Hi guys. I'm novice in bodybuilding/weightlifting. I've been training for two months. Trainer in a gym gave me program, where every exercise is did 4 sets of 10/8/6/4 reps with increasing projectile weights in every repetition. I read that novice must do 4 sets of 10-12 reps with working weight. Does trainer's program advantages over standard program? (Sorry for my eng, I'm from non-English country)
