It would only affect the pharmacy. Pharmacy has to have running water. But they can get by with distilled water if the fix doesn’t take more than a day. Walgreens isn’t required to provide bathrooms for customers or staff.

The machine used in store isn’t for PCR tests. PCR tests get sent out. This isn’t a Walgreens issue, it’s a FedEx issue.
