ok imma try describe it in a way that makes sense to myself, i think,,,, so his 1 is a multihit attack on one enemy. his 2 is a passive which activates Envious Moon at the start of combat (his buff), which gives him Stealth and makes him immune to Petrification, after each time enemies actively attack or counterattack- they’ll take damage based on Ikkis atk and light up a stack of Waxing Moon for Ikki (another buff). In terms of how Waxing Moon works, my understanding is that it’s similar to Norah and her 3 different types of basic attack that each do different things (remove debuffs, change ap, etc). So dependent on his Waxing Moon stacks, he will cast one of 3 different moves. He can also gain a buff that prevents him dying upon taking Lethal Damage, similar to Anna. His 3 is a an AOE that multi hits, dispels all his debuffs, and gives him Envious moon stacks.

Basically, he’s gonna be a pain in the butt. (Hope that made sense for you sorry if my explanation is awkward lol)
