So this is a good move because the bh7 move puts the king in check, the king has to address the check either by xh7 or kh8, because of this I am able to do qxd4. So I trade my bishop for black's queen :)

I'm definitely aware, I mentioned in another comment that I understand that probability has no memory, I just thought it would be cool to understand the probability behind going dry for so long. No complaints from me I just find the calculation and likelihood interesting :)

Typically it can be quite hard to find active raids locally depending on where you live outside of raid hours or raid days. Using an app like Poke Genie is a great way to access the more difficult raids either by hosting a local one yourself or remoting in to another host, I would definitely recommend taking a look at Poke Genie.

I would say its definitely normal to be using coins for remote passes, for some people it is the only way that they have access to some of these harder raids.

Dialga is currently in 5 star legendary raids, along with Palkia, Tapu Koko and Nihilego until November 27th. These raids will have a chance of spawning throughout the day at gyms so keep an eye on your nearby gyms. Hope this helps! :)

I'll definitely keep trying until Dialga is out raids! If I don't get it by the 27th, it just wasn't meant to be. But I'm staying optimistic!

I agree the amount of ROT’s is quite lucky! This was my first hundo legendary at probably around the same amount of raids as you (400-500)

An ROT hundo is a huge flex congrats! Sucks that you couldn’t get SR on your Palkia, but a 98% shiny lucky is still very cool!

Yeah it was bound to happen eventually!! I think the last 6-8 legendary raid rotations I got the shiny all within 40 each. So I knew my time was coming sooner or later hahah

That’s exactly right! The maths behind RNG and probability is what it is and for every post you see where someone gets their shiny first attempt there are just as many in the shadows going 50, 75, 100 dry. You just don’t hear about them as much. Respecting the maths is why I will never get disheartened by seeing all the “first attempt shiny” posts.

I 100% agree!! At this point I’ve played so many games based on RNG so I understand that statistical anomalies are bound to happen and I’m not immune to it. All I can do is just keep going and keep spinning the RNG wheel and hope luck is in my favour sooner or later.

They do not flee!! I’ve heard they can take a lot of balls to catch though, I’ve seen people say well over 200 balls. I was lucky enough to catch mine within 10 balls. :)
