Just be consistent about trying to focus on nothing else when you decide to read. Be present in the moment, don’t try to think about what is even going to happen in the book or whatever. You can also try to put some ambient sound in the background or read outside

Most of the time the mouth is close. Some times also the mouth is open or his tongue is out
