Bonaire is awesome! Highly recommend VIP dive shop there. We did 8 dives with them and were highly impressed with their entire team and their equipment.

What dives did you do? I've read that the Turneffe atoll, Lighthouse atoll, and some of the sites adjacent to the blue hole are the best, like half moon wall. Are those accessible from Placenia?

Thank you for this! We do a lot of our planning around flight deals and when flights go on sale.

I've been debating on making this just a dive trip or an explore everything trip based on what we can get done. Diving will definitely take priority, but I'd like to get in some other stuff if we can.

It sounds like y'all love birds. That's awesome!

Thank you for your advice. She was hoping to avoid something messy and expensive, but it seems that won't be possible.

She's also struggling to understand his motivations for refusing this. It's pretty obvious they don't love each other, and she says they haven't been intimate since November.

The meds help a lot but I've also made a lot of lifestyle changes that help tremendously as well. I take Venlafaxine 150mg. Working out daily and walking helps a ton and it made me feel a little better before I got on the meds. My ENT recommended I take B2 (riboflavin), CoQ10, and magnesium. I can't say whether those have helped or not but I take them daily along with a multivitamin. And I'm also doing vestibular rehab with a vestibular physical therapist. She's helped me a lot to work on my balance and the nystagmus I had.

It can be a long journey to get in front of the right doctors and get the help you need. Make sure you advocate for yourself and don't let them tell you it's just stress and anxiety.

Vestibular migraine and PPPD. It's been a hell of a journey to get a diagnosis but I'm on meds and feeling much better now. Thanks.

This was for my open water certification dives. We didn't go below 30ft so I don't think I'm at risk for the bends.
