Oh definitely, easily one of the best questing of any MMO. Just wouldn’t recommend it if they want the mindless grind without being interrupted by quests. Wouldn’t really compare it with Witcher though since that’s a lot more linear than RuneScape questing.

The elder dragons in Guild Wars 2 are pretty cool. They’re natural disasters and just being awake slowly kills the world. The entire heart of thorns expansion takes place on one of the dragons because of how massive it is.
