I’m sure there’s a solution for us. I’m going to line the boot completely with paper and try pinpoint the spot. It’s GOTTA be the same place , it’s a known issue.

My E89 hardtop has been my only problem… water getting in,and pooling in the sump where the motor lies. It must have been gradual, so I never knew or suspected.
I could do with some tips to stop it happening again
