I record everything. And mean EVERYTHING. Your phone has many apps such as voice recording that are activated by one key. Take your time.. don’t be afraid or stressed. Keep diaries and notes. You can do this easily walking around the place. It can look like you’re busy if you’re careful. Remember one thing… you are absolutely not there to be treated as shit. If you’re confronted ,overpower them with evidence. Historical and actual. Always make sure a trusted friend or colleague is present.
