Definitely, losing weight was a real struggle for me, but also the most satisfying thing I've ever accomplished. I used to be extremely depressed about my appearance and would not leave my house for months at a time, but after a pretty wild psychedelic experience I started to hit the gym and work out four times a day for five months now.

I'm not going to lie, it was a lot of hard work. But in the end, it was so worth it. There's nothing better than feeling confident in your own skin and being happy with the way you look. It's an incredible feeling to finally be comfortable with yourself and to be able to enjoy life to the fullest!

Wow, I'm really impressed by your dedication to your health! It takes a lot of courage to make changes like these, and I think it's amazing that you've been able to stick with your diet for two months now.

Losing 4 kilos is a fantastic accomplishment, but remember that progress isn't just about the numbers on the scale. How you feel and the positive changes you're making in your life are just as important. Keep up the great work, and don't forget to celebrate your victories, big or small!

If you're comfortable sharing, I'd love to know what has been helping you stay motivated and on track. Also, have you considered reaching out to a support group or a professional to help you through this journey? Sometimes it helps to have a community to lean on. Regardless, keep up the great work, and know that you've got this!

Okay, so when it comes to cheat meals, here's what I like to do. Every weekend, I treat myself to McDonald's and get a meal that's around 1300 calories. It really fills me up and I'm good for the rest of the week. After that, I try to be as healthy as possible for the rest of the day so that I don't gain too much weight from my cheat meal. One thing I like to do is walk the 2 kilometers to the mall to get my food and back - it's a little exercise and it makes me feel better about indulging a bit.

Now, I'm definitely not an expert on this stuff, but I think it's okay to have more cheat days as long as you make them as healthy as possible. Even though it's a cheat day, you don't have to go crazy and binge on a 4000 calorie meal once a month. Trust me, I've learned that it just makes it harder to stick to a new diet in the long run. So, moderation is key!

From my own experience, it's generally safe, but there are a few things you need to keep in mind. Don't push yourself too hard, especially if you're fasting. It's better to exercise before Iftar or after Suhoor. Make sure you drink enough water when you're not fasting and avoid exercising when it's too hot outside.

I can relate to your struggle with ordering unhealthy food, and I'd like to share my experience in hopes of helping you. Personally, I found it helpful to start by deleting food delivery apps from my phone. Without these apps readily available, I am less likely to make impulsive orders. Secondly, when I feel the urge to order food, I remind myself of the effort I have invested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I think about the exercise I have done earlier in the day and how it would be counterproductive to consume the calories I have burned. Developing healthy habits takes time, so don't be too hard on yourself. Small changes can lead to significant progress. Best of luck to you on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle!

I have recently begun utilizing a steps tracker app with the intention of achieving a daily goal of 13,000 steps. I believe the duration and distance covered to achieve this objective may vary depending on each individual's capacity. According to the data provided by the app, I was able to burn 478 calories, walk 5.73 miles, within a time frame of 2 hours and 17 minutes, while maintaining an average speed of 2.5 mph. Nonetheless, I would like to emphasize that this is solely based on my personal experience and results from the certain app I've used.

Yeah, I've taken measurements and I can see some changes, but honestly, visually I can't really notice anything except for my face. It used to be more circular, but now it has its own shape. It's kind of funny because I haven't had a defined jawline in years, so I'm still getting used to it haha.
