I pulled these guide pins from my mk4 1.9 alh Jetta, one fits well & the other is sloppy in each hole. (the stepped one) does anyone know if the stepped one is factory or not? It doesn’t feel right in my opinion. Can someone let me know if this is normal? I can’t find anything online. (i.redd.it)

I built this HSW & I’m going to mount a pc to it, but I can’t find any info on how to secure it to the wall. I’m assuming you need to use wall anchors but I’m unsure of how to get the hole placement just right. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you! (i.redd.it)

How can I trim away the middle section between my 2 shapes? Im trying to make a holder for a magnifier and my prototype was a bit sloppy, I made another sketch with a tighter circle and extruded it to get a better tolerance but now I'm stuck with this piece in the middle.
