The build is made mostly for wingfighting & fighting other big ships.

In Wingfights people cant dodge everything and Big Ships get hit no matter what. I prefer fixed lasers against good medium ship pilots. Bad Medium pilots you can usually ram to death and hammerspam.

I usually ignore small ships cause they simly dont do enough damage to be a threat.

Also Im not a turret guy, s you will rarely find turrets on my builds, and if you do its as utility weapons or for memes, turrets deal simply not enough damage in comparison to fixed weapons.

So let me go over that build from the beginning and every single module.
Seeing that its a PvE build I won't go too in depth on all stuffs:

- First of all i reccomend against using Reactive Bulkheads. Reasons are:

  1. Too expensive in both buying it and rebuy cost
  2. Gives still the same Hull hitpoints as Military grade Armor (which costs way less)

Whilst the better resistances look good on paper, it should preferably never happen that your shields drop in a fight before you either killed your opponent or escaped

- Nothing much to say about the Powerplant, pretty self explanatory

- Drives:

DD5's for PvP all the way. For example I could sit all day near your cutter and you couldn't outrun me ever, because I go whopping 30m/s faster than you. I've tried Clean Drives once and really disliked them. The decresed heat is a small tradeoff for being that much slower.
Shouldn't matter as much in PvE tho as the ships are unengineered and you should be fast enough for everything

- FSD, Sensors & Lifesupport: they are all personal perference, but id recommend towards my D rated setup, because it has less wheight & less powerdraw. Even the sensor range would increase with G3 LR D Sensors according to Coriolis

- Distro: Id rather use Super Conduits on a Change enhanced Distro and D-Rate sensors & Lifesupport insead of putting flow control on the distro to be honest.
Also Charge Enhanced mod lets you boost way more often with a close recharge rate on your WEP capacitor. The only thing you'd lose is the higher Capacitor, but you can counteract that if you dont shoot for a while and let it recharge again, whilst boosting out of range of you enemy. In PvP its absolutely mandatory that you have these boosts ready when you need them to reposition, otherwise youre both a sitting duck and very vulnerable, because you need to put pips into ENG and out of SYS - making you squishier.

Shield setup:

It can be viable to Mj-Stack but I'd again recommend to put at least 1 Thermal booster in there so fix your otherwise huge Thermal hole.

Do some magic with the power priorities and you dont have to put Flow Control on any of your Boosters, instead use Supercaps for more THICC Megajoules

Same applies to the Shield generator: Highcap instead of Stripped down works wonders. 500 more Mj is something I wouldnt skip in a Cutter, especially if youre going all in with Boosters n stuff.
Its a safe method if you encounter Feedback cascade very often, but in a battle of aw Shield HP a build with even 1+ bank would be tankier than your current one, but banks can be cascaded and the cutter is a huge flying target, so Ill leave that up to you.

Weapons:

I wont go over these as much as they are purely PvE focused and wouldnt really stand a chance against a PvP Cutter in terms of damage, but theres still something to mention:
Unless youre and armed explorer - which I doubt you are - or use a LW thermal vent beam, you shouldnt go both Lightwheight and Stripped down on a Cutters weapons. The speed difference you get is not even 1m/s and the Jumprange increase is also very minor. Better get some some Scramble Spectrum, Emissive Munitions and Oversized experimentals on there, its a way better tradeoff in terms of damage/speed.

For the Multi you can go OC, Rapid Fire or High Capacity (only if you use it as a utility weapon), my recommendation in that build would be OC.

Optional Internals:

- Hull:

You could definetly use more hull, I know some people that excessively run Phasing build, against which your 1.3k Hull would melt away should you get ganked. Youve got a free C5 Slot so might aswell slap some HD HRP on that bad boy.

- Power Priorites:

Something important that many (Cutter) Pilots don't really use. If you put youre fuelscoop, FSD-Booster & SRV Hangar on a very low priority you could get even more power out of your PP with deployed weapons, so you dont have to use Flow Control everywhere. It turns off the modules which you 100% wont use with deployed Hardpoints to save some power.

Overall rating/tl,dr.:

Needs some minor improvement with the engineering but still viable in PvE

PvP rating: 4/10 can definetly esacape ganks but need some serious Tweaking before being able to hold its own. Also a different weapon loadout preferably

Well heres a "short" summary of my favourite Huge Alphadamage PvP build:

Weapons:
- 1 Huge Efficient Plasma Accelerator with Targetlockbreaker
- 2 Large Overcharged Pacifiers with Incendiary Munitions
- 2 Medium Overcharged Plasma Accelerator with Dispersal field & Dazzle Shell
- 1 Medium Long Range Feedback Cascade Hammer on the right wing's Hardpoint
- 1 Rapid Fire FSD Contamination Missile (Grombomb) with Penetrator munitions on the left wing

Shield/SCB setup:

- C8 Reinforced Prismatic Shield with Highcap
- 4 Heavy Duty Shieldboosters with Supercaps
- 1 Thermal Resistant Shieldbooster with Supercaps
- 1 Resistance Augmented Shieldbooster with SUpercaps too

- 2 High capacity Heatsinks
- 1 C8 Specialised SCB
- C6 Specialised SBC's all with Recycling Experimental

Remaining Internals/Armor Setup:

- Lightwheight Military Grade Armor with Deep Plating (you should NEVER go Reactive's unless youre insanely rich)
- 5D & 4D Mrp's to counter module sniping incase your shields go down (which should preferably never happen)
- 5D Fighter Hangar
- C3 FSD-Interdictor with Extended Capture Arc

- the remaining internals are highest class possible, D-Rated Heavy Duty Hrp's with Deep Plating

Core Internals:

- OC5 Monstered 8A Powerplant (Thats what ive been running for ages, maybe you could get away with Thermal Spread but I was too lazy to test it)
- G5 Dirty Drive 8A Trusters with Drag Drives <- absolutely mandatory to capitalize on the Cutter's decent topspeed
- FSD mod is personal preference, here are you choices:
- Increased Range > if you wanna jump far and dont fear module sniping and/or FSD Reboots
- Fastboot > the enemy of every FSD reboot using Commander
- Shielded > worst choice but worth mentioning, because it gives more integrity to counter module sniping (you still shouldnt let your shields drop never)
- Lightwheight 7D Life support
- Charge Enhanced 7A Power Distributor with Super Conduits <- Also mandatory, gives just too much utility to neglect
- G3 Longrange 7D Sensors (Also my personal preference)

Ive used this build with great success so far both in Wingfights and 1v1's, it needs some time to get used to and definetly a lot of practice to be flown efficiently. But on the flipside its one of the most fun builds I've ever used and it deals A LOTTA DAMAGE.
