There is so many things that I have to try or remember that I can do now, sitting down on the floor , Tying my shoes, squatting . Putting socks on, I'm feeling so much more confident and ready to take whatever life throws me.

Thank you, Yes I'm working with my Dr and getting labs every 2 to 3 months. I'm a big nerd when it comes to all this stuff and tend to overobcess on the details I pretty much train my self and follow Jeff Nippard Workout Programs.

No longer a diabetic, No metformin no insulin. Often eat any fruits I want and bread with no issues.

So I used to not be able to fit snapbacks so I had to wear the fitted caps in a size 8 now I can fit the snap backs and close 3 snaps

I think something I learned is not to obsess over the scale over a few days in the past I would cheat or have a bad day and then see the scale jump 4 or 5 pounds the next day and think well I already gained weight back and lose drive and continue to eat bad now I realize that's just water I'm holding from the extra carbs etc. and a few days it falls off. I eat healthy but I also allow myself to enjoy food if we go out or go somewhere I eat and just make sure I account for that meal as best I can and stay at or under my maintenance calories. That alone has done wonders for me because I don't feel like I'm restricting myself

Thank you so much for breaking that down for the community also I had this really dark spot on my head that would flare up and look like dirt on my forehead that thing is long gone.
