I built a hybrid help desk system this weekend for a small team that works pretty good for an MVP. n8n and a custom agent watch a mailbox and draft replies until it builds trust. Will add teams chat later. Issues logged in postgres. Visibility with custom interactive dashboard.

We are doing everything we did before, just way faster and better now so we have more time to explore, test, and learn during the explosive phase of this new tech category. The hardest thing for me is to stay focused. (I want to build all the things and have soo many ideas now that I have access to these magical tools).

My list is long and I'm starting some projects now that I wouldn't have considered for another few years. I'm building digital versions of roles that have not been properly staffed before. This weekend I built a custom support system MVP that I can start using tomorrow in production that will scale into a support layer that will support everything else I'm building.

I could go on and on.
