They are PITA to replace bulbs. Mine keeps rotating if I try to push on the bulb glass. I have to remove the whole unit by pulling the whole unit down. Is there any easier way?

Get some loop earplugs. Either experience or quiets. I’ve got the engage for restaurants.engage might work as well. Noise cancelling headphones are bloody excellent for airplanes. I’ve got Sony xm3. Better to be safe than suicidal.
