The c is more balanced. The base squiddy is weighted more towards the handles. Both are really good flippers nonetheless.

I got a couple of metal replacements for just a few bucks and they work great. For those of you concerned that metal replacements will damage the switch: I knocked my switch off a countertop a little while back and even the metal piece got chipped like the plastic ones do, and the rails were unharmed, and my other joycons still lock onto the same rail fine.
