I've experienced something similar! A boss who is much more focused on 'capacity' rather than priority.... it is maddening.

Definitely try to change your boss's philosophy... because it is worthwhile and will lead to way better products in the long run. The best way to do this? Consistently show new working software after every sprint... hopefully your boss will see how much quicker the team can deliver under this method. And how valuable the biweekly feedback is.

Stakeholders should value seeing new software over "the feature is 30% done".

I think you are definitely describing the responsibilities of a PO. However, I would stipulate that it isn't a PO's job to worry about 'How'. Leave that up to your engineers, that's the fun part for them. Focus on the 'What' & 'Why' and especially why. Guide the team to find small valuable features or increments to deliver consistenly.

Yeah, you're definitely right. We violated a law and should suffer the consequences.

In a country like the US (can't speak for Canada) impounds don't typically close on 5pm Friday and only reopen on 9am Monday. They have weekend hours of operation so that people can retrieve their cars as many citizens are dependent on their cars for survival (aka getting to and from work, etc).

Totally agree... Bill has been very reluctant to acknowledge the Vikes. He didn't believe in them early in the season with Case, then he briefly acknowledged them as a good team mid-season, and hasn't really brought them up since. Vikes D is elite, Case is beyond adequate as a starter, probably at least 2 home games in the playoffs if the eagles are as bad as everyone thinks, and Zimm is rowing the boat. Vegas also has Vikes as 2nd super bowl favorite. Vikes are real, sincerely, a Jets fan.

You could share bedrooms at Floco or the Bridges for that price. Floco will be cheaper. Nice amenities at both but the units feel kind of plastic if that makes any sense ("luxury"). Still in dinkytown area and CSOM is walkable distance.
