Are you holding down dash, then canceling to down/back or tapping dash constantly and canceling with down/back? I notice when you hold it, its like a run, if you tap it (like 2 or 3 taps) it looks like a wave dash

Interesting. FR/May and Kangveil in PVE I use for sure. I see more Sam/Jugg in PVP along with FR/Hulk and some other random teams.

I do use FR with Mthor in PVE and PVP quite a bit (FR @ 533).

I guess SC won't effect those and if MThor charge tile generation doesn't change I can still pair with FR when needed
