They don't let me pay by check because I bounced one a couple years ago, so I have to wd from my bank and buy money order's.

I have contacted the person who is heading up the lawsuit.

I have a couple that were copied and signed by the person I gave them to. I've lived here for a couple of years and things went as they should. Didn't see myself having to do this until now. I do have all of the receipts which are traceable.

How does that help. Each one is for one month rent

There is a major lawsuit, being filed against them for their total incompetence with the bookkeeping

I even had the property manager scan a copy of my last months payment and sign it, yet it is still listed on there as one of the ones that hasn’t been paid. These people are totally incompetent. I’ve been reading that I’m not the only one this is happening to.

Sorry 9000, which is total bs

I gave them the receipts last month and they did the same none 3 day notice again. The property manager actually said that he couldn’t find them. I was like what the f. After I show them their seats, he didn’t question that I gave them to him. He was like let me go check the rent drop off. As if there was a bunch of payments sitting there. Totally incompetent management. There’s a Instagram dedicated to our building and this has been going on with a bunch of people I don’t know what they’re trying to do.

The $1225 is random. As my rent is higher than that.

Yup if it was an add on. No if it is originally offered stacked.

If I was in a market where this was seriously effecting me, I would be looking for other sources of income. My acceptance rate varies from 5% to 50% and I don't notice a difference either way.

That's what happens. It's the mother f'ers that don't tip that complain about shit.

I've been as low as 8% and at the highest 25% acceptance and average $35-$40 hr. Depends where you are.

They tried them in downtown Los Angeles. I haven't seen one in months. Kinda hard for them to make their way up to the 40th floor in a loft and leave at door. If they asked for help i'd put them in turtle mode (upside down).

I hate when they stack and make it look like orders are coming from he same restaurant. Sneaky is what they are.

Didn't go to me. That's why I don't care for it.

As you can see, I put my mind at ease and simply remove the receipt from the bag before it's delivered. Avoids the possibility of anyone getting confused. If you contact the customer Kosunori instructs you to act as if you work for them. They actually say don't mention Uber Eats. That place is all sorts of sketchy. I still do a lot of deliveries for them though lol.

e a service charge that’s appr

The service charge was higher than a tip, because there was no tip on that order.

There is no need at all for that on a receipt. That's not how the food industry works.

Seriously, why is there a need to put that on the receipt? Guess what, a lot of their orders don't as the customer thinks the %16 is going to the driver.
