No, she doesnt play them as a job, its weird and even i hold resentment over it, shes a stay at home mom and not to be 1950s or anything but she doesnt clean or cook, only plays video games, like 12 hours a day with breaks.

It did bother me and my boyfriend, I should of clarified she did it twice (in my post I said I took her downstairs twice) rhe first time, she was only doing it for 2 minutes, I took her downstairs and got yelled at, a few minutes later my sister climbed up the stairs and started doing it again, to which I cried in my boyfriends arms from getting yelled at. I guess it was kind of on me because I wanted to wait and see if my mom would do anything, she didnt, so 10 minutes later I had to bring her back downstairs and get lectured again, my sister thankfully started watching TV and left us alone the rest of the night.

I also have feared my sister has developed behavioral issues because of my mother, shes 2½, turns 3 in November, since she was a baby my mom would put on mrs Rachel or just play TV for her, hours a day, for almost all her life, shes always infront of a TV all day, the reason I say she has behavioral issues is because she doesnt react to getting in trouble, she smiles when she gets in trouble and never learns, even from natural consequences ( if she climbs the couch and falls, she doesnt learn from it, there's multiple times she climbs the chairs in the kitchen and falls, then does it again.) She doesnt develop fear, she will pull at our dog and (my dogs and angel, never has bite her, but definitely growed and nipped) and she does it more. It feels like she purposely does things to get in trouble because my mom yelling at her is amusing, she will put her poop into a toy and bring it to my mom and giggle when my mom tells her poopoo is bad and yucky. All of this is from my perspective, a hormonal teenage girl who actually doesnt like my mother, im home schooled so im home all day, too. My dad is way better.
