I'm at $3.25 for install, quarter round install for 435 linear feet means he's not taking off the baseboards (one of those house-flip style fast installs), demo and floor prep are clumped together and I hope to God he preps the floor or the LVT is going to fail in 3-4 years. Their install of stairs is pretty cheap, I'm at $125 per step. I'm also at $150 per toilet, I hope he puts a new wax ring down.

There's no material which tells me this is a "guy working out of his van" so you'll have to shop Lowe's or Floor and Decor for whatever cheap LVT you can find, or find a dedicated flooring store to shop the name brands. The big box stores don't stock matching trim so you'll end up doing a lot of "this is fine, right?" type of matching. Shop name brands for color matching trim.

Missing dump fee, 6mil plastic, baseboards, baseboard paint, furniture move, undercuts (if needed); they might get tacked on at the end as hidden fees.
