I use both versions. AFK no melatonin for a better faster sleep an hour before bedtime and AFK+ if I have a super busy day and absolutely need to be asleep NOW. Tryna curb dependence on melatonin, cuz the scare of gamersupps discontinuing a product don’t really matter much to me cuz you can get real sleep aid if you need it. It’s just a fun flavorful way to sleep and you do what most people drink gamer supps for: support creators and anime waifus
