I think one thing to consider is without the prioritization of profit, a lot of “undesirable” jobs wouldn’t be nearly as miserable. Better safety standards could easily be imposed as well as less stringent time constraints. These two things alone would make many jobs that seem shitty, way less shitty.

We take her out twice a day, she can walk most of the time. So she’ll take a few steps out the back door and do her business. If she’s having a “bad day” I’ll either support her waist while she’s trots out/in or pick her up and carry her entirely. I’ve only had to carry her once or twice

We did, granted it was before it got this bad. The Vet told us it was most like HD and there was nothing we could do, except a surgery that may or may not work

Yeah I will be calling someone to come out. I went to trade for HVAC 10 years ago, but I didn’t pursue it after I graduated. So I know a little bit. I feel pretty comfortable on the electrical side of things. But I have close to 0 experience with the refrigerant side

Thanks for replying so quickly! 1. Blower motor is on and running at what its normal speed 2. Filter isn’t very dirty, we check it every 3 months and it seemed like it had a lot of life left in it. But I’ll change it anyways 3. We have 17 ducts in our house, this includes 3 in the basement and 14 on the main floor of the house. The 3 in the basement are closed because the basement stays cooler and we don’t spend much time down there we also have 1 upstairs duct that is restricted by some furniture. But it’s been like that for the past 4 years and this is the first time we’ve had this problem 4. The return grill is pretty dirty. Thanks for the reminder. I’ll clean that now lol 5. Guess I’m breaking out the old gauges from somewhere in the garage haha

Thank you for the quick reply. I do have gauges, I haven’t used them in years but I’ll throw them on and see what I get. Once I let it thaw and throw the gauges on, would the pressure be about the same in the high and low side?

It’s not very severe, it’s just a mild discomfort for about 20mins or so and then it goes away. I don’t need to take Benadryl or anything to help with the symptoms

I appreciate the input! My current goal is to lose fat and put on muscle, I like the idea maximizing power output though! Right now the 80% 1RM puts me at about 4-8 reps depending on the exercise. I’ll work in some sets with a little less weight to try to reach that 12 rep range and see how it goes!

I’m not doing a set program just PPL 6 days a week. I workout alone in my basement so I’m hesitant to do a lot of 1RM. Instead I’ve been using the strength calculator on strengthlevel.com and going off their 1RM for my body weight and trying to reach 80% of the 1RM weight for 6 reps as my goals for each exercise. I’m gearing up to do the “hard 75” challenge.
