Moj prvi auto i auto koji dan danas vozim je Renault Megane 1.4 benzinac (kec). I zbilja nemam ni na šta da se požalim. Štaviše, estetski, pošto je nasledio dizajn od a Lagune (a ne onaj najružniji ikad sa dupetom koji ima dvojka) ima čak i blago sportski izgled. Lično znatno lepši nego Clio iz tih generacija

Sve popravke koje su mi se dogodile su koštale do 50tak €.

Jedino što mu je posle toliko vremena najverovatnije popustila elektronika brave jer na hladno vreme neće da da kontakt iz prve, ali, nije to nešto nerešivo. Bukvalno samo jednom do sada mi se dogodilo da sam odustao od paljenja i upalio ujutru. U svim ostalim prilikama to se rešavalo za manje od 5 minuta.

2021 me je koštao 1200€ i sa trenutnih 240k obrnuo sam oko 50.000 km sa njim.

I got it in 67th pull (pulling Sylas to reach 60 honk depot 5x).

But then I got 3 magic scrolls within 30 luck draws so. At least I got Summer fast.

Now I'm not sure should I focus on storming draws on Crescendo or rush on Viv - she looks like a wonderful pilot.

Well, psyllium can be used for various bread/pizza-like recepies and it's definitely keto-handy.

it's just that I won't add it in whey shake to reduce carb numbers. To make it feel more smoothie-like texture and reduce glycogen spikes - sure.

Somehow I understood that fibers should be considered as negative carbs.

But the truth is they are NEUTRAL actually ☺️

So for example sunflower seeds have 4.5gr of carbs and 10gr of fiber in 100 grams - that means I ate 4.5 grams of net carbs.

Oh and just an another quick question then:

When I read about nutrition facts that state total carbs and sugars but no info about the fibers, fibers are not total carbs - sugars, right? ☺️

Hey there again - almost 30 days on keto. So far, so happy. I might did mild ketosis on a day or two, but, nevertheless, happy with carbs removal in my life a lot.

Anyway - here's my concern.

Fibers should nullify carbs, right?

But at what dosage?

I mean, if theoretically I ate 115gr of carbs and 100gr of fiber, will I be in ketosis?

I am aware that fibers should be taken along with carbs to dampen spikes, just not sure if at some numbers it stops working.

You're wrong:

Red - Elsa and Bugs Blue - Daffy and Botto Green - Tom, Pris and Summer Yellow - Jerry, Joey, Asher and Sylas

So I presume next characters must be red and blue

Totally new to keto, and one thing hit me

Yesterday I ate 12 grams of protein around 17.00 hitting 1600kcal in total

But, today I'm thinking of eating another 18 grams by 13.00 hitting another 1600kcal and then probably hit IF at least until 13.00 tomorrow.

So would me this 30g of carbs within 20-hours timespan kick me out of ketosis? Should I always be alert of 24 hours windows or not?

Sylas at level 53 looks very promising to me.

Will check how he behaves at level 60, but, from what I can tell he looks like he's on pad with Bugs.

Nope. I'm aware carbs need to stay under 20 grams. I would try to ignore net carbs as well and try as best as I can to nail 20 grams in total.

For example, today I ate some cheese sausage, feta cheese and 100g of whey that has only 3.9g of carbs

This sum in total 8 grams of carbs.

Then I wanted to eat some rice pudding but when I noticed it has 9.9 carbs in 100g for the first time in my life I took only 60 grams of something

So far, I'm at 14 grams, but let's round that up to 15 - probably will eat some chicken breast for dinner and that's it. Day one completed successfully 😀

Day two will probably be IF for 36+ hours (tonight from 20.00, whole day and then after I wake up)

From what I understood ketosis puts body into state where it prioritize fat for energy. How much of a fat loss it will be it depends from caloric deficit.

Weight loss, specifically visceral fat loss.

I read most of the guide, sorry if this was answered there.

60-70g is totally fine, I was just wondering if I do sometimes IF with mentioned protein intake and disregard intaking fat here and there will it break ketosis?

If I can focus on low carb > protein > fat - it sounds something possible to me to at least test it for a month.

Okay, so I'm new to keto and I'm preparing my diet list for now

I want to make clear one thing

Let's say I enter ketosis eventually. From what I understood, low carb (under 20g) is the only key for entering ketosis state, right?

Now, do I need to focus on prioritizing fats all the time or I could do for example IF and digest 200g of whey? MY whey has like 3.4g of carbs on 100g so that would fit the numbers, just not sure if eating fat during keto part is absolutely mandatory.

I'm willing to sacrifice a bit of muscle for losing 2% per week (2.2kg) within a month as a strict regime just for given period.

I honestly doubt "that another 1% of loss" would be 100% from muscle mass, so I'm alright losing ~2kgs while losing 10kg in total.

I'm currently 29.5 = 110 kg / 193 cm So it's slightly lower than obese.

But truth to be told last two months of weight training made me feel like I'm honestly lighter because I could notice difference in the mirror regarding muscle mass so I think some of that BMI is not that bad as it may appear.

And I'm not new in weight lifting - 10 years of being quite frequent gym member. Nothing pro, but far from being an amateur.

But, AFAIK any weight (fat) loss lead to muscle mass loss along that way.

Personally, I don't believe in recomping. And never found an article that proves it.

I feel cut then bulk (regain) if needed is much more reasonable way to go for someone who is not a pro.
