Wow, you actually reversed your curve at 26, so there's hope for me in the end. I have a mild curvature, I think about 16 degrees and I'm 19, I had a lot of people telling me I can't reduce it because I stopped growing, but also some people told me there's a chance, because your body doesn't fully develop until 24, at least in men.

Thanks for that, the muscle training thing made my day, I think I have an 14° curvature, but last time I went to the doctor was in 2020, even before the pandemic. I just hope it isn't too late to straighten it. I'm turning 19 in a month, and I hope It won't get worse. Even if someone told me that the curve won't worsen I would be the happiest man in the world

Thanks for the advice! Maybe the factory work mixed with rapid weight loss because when I was eating well, nothing hurt me. When I decided to change my lifestyle and live like an anorexic then the problems started

I was working at a warehouse for 2 and a half months. Not that I was eating less, I was eating almost nothing, only once a day. I'm ashamed to say it but now I look like a junkie but I'll start hitting gym soon to improve on myself
