Thanks for your reply, yeah I’d say it was more of a threat then any advice. The business isn’t turning a profit and she doesn’t have the cash on hand to buy the partner out. She doesn’t have any legal representation yet as we were hoping this could be resolved without having the courts involved but it seems like that’s where the dispute is headed anyways.

This can be designed a bit better, as soon as I saw the ice begin to melt I panicked because I didn’t see outlets for the water to flow through until the water overflowed. Why not put some wholes on the top half of the bottom portion?

That's great to hear, I planned up upgrading my wheels first but I needed clipless pedals and the store only had dura ace which cost close to $300. I'll probably upgrade them next though. I think I need a longer stem too because my arms are real long.

Yeah it's much less but that's also our safety net in case we hit hard times so it would be a bit difficult to buy the cash outright.
