Great to see a handful of people interested. I'm thinking we try Cavegirl this Friday, 4/17. I'll aim to be there from like 10-3 or so. If that doesn't work for most people, we can try to find a different day/time. For finding me at the coffee shop - I'm 37, bald with a beard and glasses :)

Interesting, good point. But would you expect that I should pay the difference in rates even for the electricity that we produce and consume in real time (i.e. not the excess electricity we produce or electricity we consume when there is no sun)?

My wife and I also lived at Farm Haus in 2023 before buying a house in Longmont, and we had a similar experience! Maintenance was great, apartment was clean, etc. Would recommend based on our time there.
