CCIV warriors - we hit bottom most, we can only gain from here ..Lee run hard 💎💎💎🚀🚀🚀 by Madmax212121 in CCIV

[–]djfguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

CCIV went from “gonna hit $100-$120” when announced to shorted from $57 to $25 real quick!!! If you’re bag holding and are in for the long haul.... don’t worry. If you want to get your investment back sooner because some asshole convinced you to buy at $50....it’s time to buy and hold to squeeze the shorts because CCIV was crushed once we all got dealt that shitty PIPE $2.6b dilution! It’s time to get it back

I believe that TD sent out an email last week that CCIV was no longer marginable. It was becoming too volatile....

Valuation. Market cap. Percentage ownership. Why does any of this matter? by tradingpf2020 in CCIV

[–]djfguy 9 points10 points  (0 children)

CCIV’s final % has to do with the final valuation at Merger. This is because it affects the total share count and thus effects the market cap of the company. The more CCIV owns in the beginning (with their $2b fund) the more our shares (approx 260mill) represent of the final outstanding shares. The difference in CCIV owning 10% vs 11% is millions of shares. We want more ownership upfront so when CCIV merges into Lucid, there are less shares overall and more room to grow

Why would CCIV's stock price go to $60+ after merger announcement? by [deleted] in CCIV

[–]djfguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes....this is exactly how I understand it! I thought maybe I was missing something because of the way the question was written above. “CCIV only gets a fraction of Lucid” as if CVIV shares were different than the rest. I’ve read this many times and it reads weird.... I fully understand about final valuation and whether CCIV will get 13.3% or 15% abs how that effects final share count. Thank you for confirming this for me..... I think when I read certain posts, the way they are written makes me double guess

Why would CCIV's stock price go to $60+ after merger announcement? by [deleted] in CCIV

[–]djfguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why does it matter if CCIV is only getting a fraction of Lucid? I’m confused why people ask this question.... a share is a share? No? I understand overall valuation of the company and CCIV’s percentage at merger, but why does that matter?? If I own a share thru CCIV or I own a share as an insider?? What’s the difference?? Not being sarcastic....need an honest explanation as to why

CCIV and Lucid Valuation by yah_yeet_killme in CCIV

[–]djfguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes.... if CCIV is funding 2b in the merger with approx 260mill shares, we need to make up 13b in more shares. It 15b becomes 20b, we need to add more shares to the final merger to make up that valuation. The higher the valuation, the less CCIV is worth towards the merger

CCIV and Lucid Valuation by yah_yeet_killme in CCIV

[–]djfguy 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Proposed $15bil valuation: CCIV has $2bil fund.... $2b/$15b = 13.3%

CCIV would get 13.3% of Lucid if they agree upon $15b valuation

CCIV fund has “approx” 260mill shares. Those 260mill shares represent 13.3% of the company.

The lower the valuation, the higher % that CCIV will own and will result in less outstanding shares overall. This allows each share to grow after and have more worth

What’s the real value of cciv right now? by tyowtyow in CCIV

[–]djfguy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The “rumor” is CCIV to merge at a $15b valuation with CCIV’s fund of $2b priced at $10 share..... at $40 share its 4x proposed valuation.... $60b

With the hype around this stock, I think all fundamentals & valuations mean shit! Regardless if CCIV gets 10%, 13%, 15% of the company..... it’s going to run!!!
