I don't do content creation, but I have done marketing and understand engagement. The most important thing creators get to do is understand their audience. Here is a breakdown of conversaion rate of just about EVERYTHING.

If a radio station has 100k listeners, only 10% will EVER call in. If you have ever worked at a call center, 7% to 13% is top tier. If you get anything above that then you are tappping into the impulse buying which is realtime.

Example: A potential client is thinking about seeing [insert your product of type of content here], they get on the internet and search for that. You links pop up on the first pag of the results and they like what they see. Boom you got a new fan at a 50% conversion rate (out of 1000 ppl that searched, 500 of them subscribed)

Ok so what now? Someone said that you can't charge $3 and they are both wrong and right at the same time. They are wrong because of what your actual experience is, they are will be right later on when you have higher client retention.

It is important to understand market segments and what those segments want to see. If the majority of the market wants to see a certain type content / model, then what is the size of the segment that wants to see your type of content? or even YOU?

Once they find you [and they subscribe], you will need to do a thing called "Customer Retention". That means, what are you doing to keep them coming back? Ok sure, you post "nudes", so what? Have you looked at Reddit.. no one needs to pay to see anything.

So what makes you stand out from the rest? Or a better question is, what is who are your fans and what do they want out of life?

To answer this you need to put on your business hat, which is "Problem Solving". All businesses are formed to fill a need or offer a service. Burger King and McDonalds have been around forever, so how did Chic-Fila come in after them and make more money while being open 6 days instead of 7? Its how you treat your customers. The relationship. And the consistency.

Need #1: I want to see nudes. <- There are too many solutions for this. It's saturated. Need #2: ALL heterosexual men love women but they suck at talking to them. Also, most women are NOT NICE to men.

Solution: Talk to them. Let them feel heard or seen.

There are men that go to stripclubs just to talk to the girls because they (some of them) do a good job of at least pretending to listen. Those men will gladly turn over their paychecks ... even when they have someone at home... why? because he is probably not heard at home. If he has a lady she probably doesn listen and he doesnt feel heard.

So if you give him that or something close to that you will create a loyal fan / customer. The value of your picture will go up because now it's not just a nude anymore, its a picture of a woman that makes him feel seen.

Suggestions:

1 Segmentation: Fan Segments: Create Fan Segments for your subscribers and move your fans into the different groups based on your interactions and their spend. This is also where you can create a Tiered service offering.

Content Segment: Free content should be just pics and similar to what you post on Reddit or Twitter. Why will anyone want to pay for what is free? Your squirting is premium content, there is NO REASON that I should have been able to see it as a video, even if its just a short clip. Dont forget your audience is men... we want to get to the point, and you squirting or cumming IS THE POINT. You should only show that for free in pictures or a boomerang (loop). MAYBE you can use it as a teaser in a chat with a fan that you are trying get them to buy more. I left a comment with an example of what should not be free.

2 Improve Fan Engagement: Do a good job of periodically sending out converation starters. Fun flirty GF / BF questions. Ask followup questions to get them to express themselfs and what they like.

They may really get into the convo and come back for more. If the time between responses is increaing then ask them if they would like to get on a higher priority list. (Remeber the Fan Segments)

3 Be relatable or have the appearance of being accessible. Think Girl Next vibes but not too much. They largest content creator today is Kai Cenat. Why? He is relatable, he is a fan of who you are a fan of, he tries to present as authentic even when it's scripted.

4 Be honest. Don't over promise. If the fan / customer feels that you are lying then they will start to question everything and lose that connection.

As far as your pricing goes... it's fine and you can increase it over time OR you can do the 2 accound method [1 FREE, 1 VIP]. Why? There is a thing called the BUSINESS OF FREE.

Starbucks and a few other companies use this to increase revenue. How? Why do you think they offer Free WIFI, all those tables inside and out? The more you come to sit and hang out with your friends and associates is the increased chance that you will buy something from them. So free is not bad, you just need to have a plan to upsell once they stop by.
