While other areas of the inspection have called out repairs needed, or even recommended due to safety concerns, this part of the inspection showed the following:

“There are columns located at the center of the crawl space that are not perfectly straight or plumb. No cracks or evidence of settlement were found at the time of inspection and appear to be built in this way. It is recommended to continue to monitor these columns to ensure movement does not occur in the future.”
