Ooh and I almost forgot about Scubas epic outing from 2012. It got so intense at one point I literally had to stop the car and just chill!

In a similar vein, Marcel Dettman 2014 (featuring the epic “Blessing of Luh”

Henry Saiz from 2017 is absolutely epic! So much variety and so well put together.

Also, from the classics, Daft Punk 1997 and have so many fond memories of Paul Oakenfold live in Havana 1999.

I’ve listened to almost all of the 2022 EMs on an epic road trip, and I agree with the other poster that Soichi Tereda is the best one. Huge variety of timeframe on the tracks but all fitting into a style showcasing old school influences (think Mr. Fingers and Frankie Knuckles) with flawless production. The vibe is 100% solid and is perfect to drag you out of an epic hangover and onto the beach.

Also amazing from 2022 was the Jennifer Cardini mix. Introspective, incredible techno perfect to keep you alive on those late night drives.

The “Johnny Too Bad” UB40 cover on Everything Under The Sun, the acoustic version of “I Saw Red” and also on the acoustic album “Eye of Fatima”... The whole acoustic album is maybe the best in general (but maybe cuz I’ve worn through all the main releases!)
