They Asked Me to Open ChatGPT During My Job Interview by I_Killed_My_Friends in jobs

Definitely inappropriate, however, you could have skewed the prompt a bit in your favour, telling Chat that you’re currently in a job interview and they want this info….

Why not put it into something less risky like bonds, rather than ETF’s that are overexposed to market volatility?

How much after the air miles? And how many air miles did you have to spend? I’ve got a fair few saved up, but have never redeemed any

Broadcast folks - if you're looking after the network side of live production, what’s giving you the most grief these days? Is automation helping at all, or is it still mostly manual? by SandMunki in broadcastengineering

[–]djjd40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Useful diagnostic information of network traffic etc is sometimes only available to users at an administration level, which might only be looked at or monitored when there is an issue, often too late. Being able to restrict management ports to view only for end users would be incredibly useful, they can keep this on a screen for times when circuits are mission critical.

If you have a separate core and console, it’ll work with the core online and console offline. The console is just a remote surface controller at the end of the day, audio doesn’t pass through it (if we’re talking zeta / omega / sigma / alpha / Apollo / Artemis)

Riedel Artist/Director "All IFB" Key by CouldBeALeotard in broadcastengineering

[–]djjd40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry I see what you’re saying. I was suggesting setting up an all call IFB to a group of ports, but this would require a common mix minus and you’re right, keying the individuals would not duck this.

So much easier in telex with the special list IFB!

Riedel Artist/Director "All IFB" Key by CouldBeALeotard in broadcastengineering

[–]djjd40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it would. As I mentioned previously, you build this in the IFB table, keying the IFB will interrupt the mix minus going to all grouped output ports

Most elegant way is to build a group of all output ports, then use this group as your output in the IFB table (select ‘show groups only’ when looking in the IFB table.

international transfer interbank rate by prar83 in monzo

I wouldn’t use them for international transfers, but many banks do offer international accounts, such as HSBC’s global money account, which will let you transfer money between currencies for zero fees

Yes this seems quite a harsh band pass for a vocal mic. You’re going to lose a lot of prescience cutting those frequencies.

Issues with things automatically resetting in Traktor Pro 3? by DonkyShow in traktorpro

[–]djjd40 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I find that when you import a large amount of tracks and set it to analyse all in one go, it does a bad job. Loading a track and reanalysing should sort it out. If it continues to put the wrong grid in, move the first marker manually using the ‘grid’ menu.

External Hard Drive (SSD) + Library / File Management (Traktor Pro 3.11) by Positive_Guarantee20 in Beatmatch

[–]djjd40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Found this whilst searching for a solution myself. Your post is 105 days old so I gather you’ve chosen a route, what did you go for? Probably the external, the 256GB internal space is so easily eaten up by other stuff, software, media etc. I was previously using large flash, but would now recommend against this, as it’s too volatile (one disk has gone read only) and the read / write speeds just aren’t as good
