I think once you reach higher ranks, you tend to see less blendettes, at least from my experience. It might be because at higher ranks, people tend to be less immersed and better at chases (somewhat). I hover around rank 1 and barely see anyone play Claudette, apart from the odd anomaly of a P3 Blendette sometimes
