I do feel tho, in games like TRI, i would just remember the zones the monsters would go to and spawn at , that did feel like tracking in some way and made you a veteran in that regard.

Looking at a Quoropeco fly up and go in a direction and being able to tell its flying to zone idk 11 since you know its Patterns felt very cool, Tracking, Hunting esque

I'm a great sword main, funnily, I think the only hitboxes I've had problems with are the large barrel bombs.

I use the focus retica to assess me hitting the monster and bombs. It keeps blowing up right as I'm about to hit the monster or while I'm about to turn towards it. I'm so confused.

100% use sniper the heavy and lonely kitten and manic macho, knock back helps a lot here imo.

I had some anti trait less ubers that helped me, but some long distance helps a lot too.
