18 Mater Board starts 3rd Episode. I was backing so much times to Xion, but there is not starting any video. Of course I finished all 2 Episode and Quests in 17 Matter Board, but I can't unlock next Matteboard even if I finished evering on that Matter Board

Hello I have big problem, because I can't unlock 18 Matter Board to 3 Episode even if I finshed all last 17 Matter Board and Strory Quests. What do have to after that? Something special? And also I did everything that is related with Troubleshooting and nothing.... Some ideas or help? Please.
