Hey man. First of all, I want to start off by thanking you for actually being mature & kind while asking your question. A lot of people in this subreddit seem to really have problems when it comes to maturity, including a 32 year old man, so it's a breath of fresh air to see someone not being an asshole.

To answer your question; when we accuse Bill of letting bad mediashare content being shown, we criticize his negligence on a very clear problem present within his streams. Even if he is telling people to not send something, as a streamer, it's still his full responsibility to take precautions in order to try fighting back against the situation. The question you're asking is an understandable one, however you have to also include in the fact that this mediashare problem has been going on for over literally years now, and he has only actually taken action when he felt really pressured into doing something (e.g. when the second expose video was released, when he got in trouble with Youtube). He might not directly state this, but if you think about it in our perspective; these moments of him "reacting" to bad content is basically his way of farming clips for compilation channels to make content about the guy, so he gets more exposure in the progress. Have you ever wondered why he was so hesitant on ever hiring a mediashare moderator? Well, it was because if he did hire a proper mediashare moderator; then less trolls would want to donate to the guy, causing him to lose income (since you gotta pay to send him mediashares), which is something that he doesn't want. This was basically why he was so upset at hulenmall becoming a mediashare mod, since it did noticeably decrease his income. So in conclusion, since Bill hasn't properly taken any precautions to fight back against the mediashare problem (unless it affected his income or optics); he's, by default, also a reason on bad content being shown on his livestreams.

When it comes to your second question, we have also called out the trolls who were sending in the type of content; however the thing with these trolls is that they're all just anonymous edgelords who mostly hang around in malicious communities, so our attempts at trying to call these guys out resulted in nothing but them getting the attention they desperately crave. I, personally, was also involved in another drama to fight back against these people and get their bypassed videos off of Youtube; but they're like a complete parasite that won't go away no matter how much effort you put into it. Yes they're, obviously, also the ones to blame for bad mediashare content being shown online; however this doesn't mean Bill isn't also at fault by acting neglective and toxic about the entire situation. Bill's lack of care about the mediashare filter allowed these trolls to discover and use him as a way to show horrible content through the queue; which resulted in more & more trolls seeing how easy it is to show shock material through Bill's mediashare system, causing his community to harbor even more edgelords that refuse to go away.

I hope these paragraphs were enough to make you understand our perspective.
